hours of Monday at Malik Park area of Shahdara.
The robbers after looting four people, including a woman, tied up the v
ictims with ropes.
Police were late to the scene despite prompt calls to 15 helpline, said the v
ictims.
The woman who got robbed was on her way to her home after buying medicines for her child.
