LAHORE: Islamabad Police on Wednesday issued arrest warrants for 37 s

The s

tudents who were expelled for causi
ng unrest on campus a couple of month ago.
During their protest, s
tudents did not allow the university to run buses to pick up s

d blocked.
Quaidian S
tudent Foundation called for protest to demand th
e immediate restoration of the expelled s
tudents.
QAU Vice-Chancellor Dr Javed Ashraf, however, told the protesting s
tudents that he had no power to restore the expelled ones.
He also assured the s

Police teams have been formed to conduct raids for the arrest of 37 s
tudents in next 24 hours.
